Get a container for your customer to put their grocery especially the one you picked up near wet market. One had passenger that brought fresh fish into the car, the plastic broke and the blood and "juice" spilled on my car mat and m car stank for a few days. Really it smell like rotten fish no matter how many times I was or try to cover the smell with Febreeze.

Prepare a plastic bag for puking. Some customer could've be unwell, or car sick, or if you do pick up at night, have one beer too much. Vomits in your car is not fun at all.

If you are tired and need a power nap, try to park in front of a police station to rest. Everywhere else has risk, I knew a friend who got his car window smashed when resting in a petrol station at night, they took his phone.

Never miss your car maintenance, if you do it full time you would be surprised how fast your mileage will crank up. Check your tyres regularly, if you notice it's losing air fast go check for punctures and fix it ASAP, you don't want your passenger to notice a flat tyre. Again, never sacrifice your car and miss your car maintenance, engine oil and gearbox oil can do a lot of damage to your car if you ignore them.

The app is great. However,I rented a vehicle on 14 September 2026. till today 16 September 2026 it still shows old car reg number insteadt of new car reg number on passenger and driver grab apps. it's not a good experience for the passenger and driver.

Best platform for deliveries/mctaxi although in my area here in laguna MoveIt is a little quite compare to the others platform despite it came from to no.1 platform in delivery. Hopefully someday, MoveIt will be strong like the others platform. But mostly i like in this platform is, there so many incentives that help me a lot for my daily needs. thank you Grab/MoveIt. this app is very helpful no waste of time. one thing I've noticed is the use of a set destination. sometimes it is too far and the time limit has been so short for me to be able to reach my place.. please have the issue fixed.

What is the criteria for becoming a Grab Driver driver-partner?

You will need to have a Malaysian IC with a valid (full) driving license and PSV license, and have to be between the age of 21 to 69 in order to qualify. Your car also needs to be in a good condition, preferably 6 years or newer.

Following the announcement of the Movement Control Order, we would like to inform you that there will be a slight delay in the processing time for your application.Additionally, please refrain from going to Grab Driver Driver Centre (GDC) as well as any government institutions (IM, JPJ) as they are not operating.Rest assured, we are still in the process of bringing you through once we clear this period of restricted movement.
