Over the past weeks, I’ve been hard at work posing the main storyline scene for the upcoming update. I’m getting very close to finishing it, but it will still take a little more time to refine everything to perfection. This moment in the game is truly important, and I want it to be as immersive and unforgettable as possible.

Recently, I checked out Virt-a-Mate, and I have to say—I was seriously impressed! The possibilities, the vast number of community-created scenes, and the level of interactivity are truly amazing.

When I heard that our main character in Project ATMOSPHERE was a guy who had just graduated in the field of organic robotics and artificial intelligence, I was like, hell yeah! I am going to get to make sexy robots. However, the story of the game never went in the direction I thought and it has one of the slowest prologues that I have ever played. Seriously after like 90 minutes, I had no clue what was going on, what people’s motivations were, or anything like that! I get that the point is trying to help Dan find his way in life, but it sure as heck takes a very long time to get going.
I would have to say that the gameplay of Project ATMOSPHERE is that of your typical sandbox style game. You will have to go to different areas, talk to people, be at the right place at the right time, and so on. The thing is, I have to say that I think this game might have been better if it went the straight up visual novel route. There is not a ton of grinding or anything like that, it just can sometimes be a bit of a “what the hell am I supposed to do?” kind of situation when you are trying to move the story forward. I think the fact that things start off like really slow does not help things in the gameplay department either.
Without a doubt, the best thing that Project ATMOSPHERE has going on is the amazing visuals. The renders in this game are incredible and there is a fantastic selection of ladies in the game and each one has had a lot of time and effort put into their design. As far as the lewd content goes, this also has a lot of style and quality to it as well.In all, the presentation of the game is very well done, and had it not been so high-quality I probably would have tapped out a lot quicker than I did, to be honest with you.
