Sword Hunter
Introduction

Sword Hunter is an exhilarating action-packed hack-and-slash game. You take on the role of a hunter, battling various enemies that threaten the peace and tranquility of your town. In combat, you must skillfully employ a range of abilities and equip sharp, powerful gear to cut down your foes. As you defeat enemies, you’ll earn rich rewards to upgrade your equipment, skills, and talents, steadily increasing your combat prowess. The game features a variety of settings and enemy designs, with a unique boss awaiting you in each area. Throughout the fray, you can also obtain various power-ups—choosing from three distinct options to build your own combat style and unleash even greater damage. Will you be able to defeat these threats and restore peace to the town?

Gameplay of Sword Hunter:

After you’ve finished some of the tutorial levels in Sword Hunter, the real battle begins. The number of enemies will continuously increase over time, and you will try to control the character to destroy them as quickly as possible. At the same time, the characters that do not get close to you and form a group will receive simultaneous attacks until they are defeated. So, choose the position and time of the attack that you feel is appropriate.

Enemy attacks will have different durations, and they will sometimes cause a red area which will indicate the attack’s range. So, the solution is straightforward: you need to swipe the screen to move to another position and continue attacking. It is necessary and valuable when you face bosses with different strengths. At the same time, you also have yourself an ultimate skill to use in times of emergency.

An interesting point about the character is that she owns an ultimate skill, and it can be activated at any time if it has enough mana. Its effectiveness is impressive when it can deal massive amounts of damage to all environmental targets with artistic slashes. At the same time, after using, the energy bar will return to zero, and you continue to perform attacks to qualify for the subsequent use.

In Sword Hunter, players will access two different power-up mechanics: in-match and out-of-match. Outside of battle, the player will provide the player with equipment and talents that directly and permanently affect the character’s stats. The item’s quality increases over time and is indicated by color; three weapons with the same equipment can be combined into a higher-level item. You can also open chests and get equipment depending on your luck.

Useful Tips of Sword Hunter:

Partizan: While you can look at Sword as an all rounder in mobbing and bossing Partizan is a straight bossing weapon. You still want to go for Avenger parries as your best damage. But now you have Volk raptor to manage. You also got a big final normal so you will also want to work in PA combos that skip you to your final normal.

To access Volk Raptor you hold your weapon action. To access Assault buster you press or hold weapon action after a PA. Generally you tap WA after a pa to gap close with it and hold after a weapon action if your previous PA got an avenger parry. Since assault buster does more damage then. In both cases AB has frontal guard points. Finally after a step counter or Assault buster or your Photon blast you can tap weapon action again for another gap closing attack that has full I frames.

Volk Raptor is important because not only is it more free damage but most importantly it builds up a massive amount of down accumulation. Trust me people will feel the difference in their UQ's if you have a Hu using Volk raptor often.

Cleaving Scythe is your big damage dealing PA. It's damage is back loaded with the second swing though so don't use it as your damage unless you will commit.

Thrusting Javelin is a niche use PA that you really only use if you have a very short window to counter where all hits of fatal tornado will not land and you're only tapping this PA. Not holding it. It's held input is inefficient.

Fatal tornado is your Bread and butter damage PA. But you need to land all of it's hits in a counter situation.

Triumphant shift is your final PA that is also niche. Generally used for height control to go up. The first hit is quick and you can easily cancel out of the rest of it.

Wired lance: I saved this weapon for last since I have very little experience with it. If Partizan was your pure boss weapon than Wired lance is your pure mobbing weapon. (minus 2 exceptions.)

Generally it's worth having this weapon even if you only use it for mobbing purely because it's mobbing skill is it's weapon action (after taking a skill in the tree) which out does even Twisting Zapper after a full charge Avenger parry. It's weapon action can also help you with vertical climbing/chasing a boss (though admittingly less needed these days.)

Player Comments of Sword Hunter:

This is a game that anyone who enjoys beating 'em ups and action should get their hands on. It's a basic game with simple principles that makes it interesting to play and a great way to kill time and pass the time. The thrill of slashing through a slew of adversaries without having to deal with too sophisticated controls. This game is incredibly fun to play since you can tap and swipe and stay occupied for an hour or so as long as you have energy points to spend.Overall, I must say that it piqued my interest; the game has a nice storyline, and I enjoy how you can combine your swords to make a stronger one!

As a hunter of a famed dojo, I begin my massacre of thugs and rival gangs in Sword Hunter. At the same time, the developer, Potato Play, hails thee throughout as a hero.In my attempt to thwart and seize the endless waves of foes from my peaceful town, I’m constantly faced with enemies who dive in with bizarre contraptions—ranging from a pile of fish to a showerhead to a coffin—in hand. Oh, boy! Now, I’ve seen everything!Whenever I progress through each mission, adrenaline surges forth and fills my heart to the brim in an instant. As silence drowns out the noise around me, I enter a rare moment of absolute clarity, allowing things to appear much sharper than before. With a flick of my wrist, I begin my journey brandishing my sword on—well, tapping on my screen, obviously—through the hordes of thugs like a bloodthirsty viper, bringing down all who defies me.Much like Ronin: The Last Samurai, Sword Hunter is also sublime to watch, truly poetry in motion.recovery of energy. In the beginning, you’ll have a total of 20 energy, for which only covers 4 runs (5 energy per mission). Each time you deplete the energy, you will begin to regain 1 energy for every 12 minutes. Wouldn’t you agree with me that it wears your patience thin??

Well,I haven't ever played a game like this!... Honestly this is a peak game, unlike of other games I haven't seen ads in middle of a game or somethin... Talking aboutb the game its really engaging and a bit tough to win... but I like it very much...

Final Verdict:

Sword Hunter has 2D scenarios and characters with vignette-style transitions mixed in. The game has an interesting backstory that immerses you in all the action and countless fights.By making the most of your ninja's weapons and agility, you can stop the advances of enemy groups. These gangs are trying to take over the city, and only you can stop it by proving that agility is more than enough to put an end to enemy attacks.
