User Reviews of Nextplus:

I would subscribe again to keep my number subscription since I couldn’t see it when I subscribe to monthly. I have some cost related problems to myself so I have to, not your text issues this time.

I’ve been using this app for well over a year now and I’ve always had this same problem from day 1, I can make calls fine, but answering a call has always been a no go. When I make a call everything works great. When someone tries to call me there’s a choice of issues and at least one happens. I won’t hear the call coming through. I don’t hear the call until the 3rd ring or later. When I DO hear the ring and try to answer the call, the call has already ended. If I am lucky enough to catch the call and answer it the person calling me NEVER hears me. A while back I would of felt rather petty to complain about anything because it was a free app and everything else worked great. However, now I’m contributing money to the app and still having the issue with the apps phone. If you could fix the faults with the phone I’d greatly appreciate it. I mean I’ve only been using your app for well over a decade and I’ve never not once complained about the app. It’d just really be great if the phone part of the app actually worked like it’s supposed to. I know a lot of people who use this app would be like me and give the app 5 stars if the phone part was fixed. We ARE happy with every other part of the app!

I still find next+ buggier than text+, sometimes my contacts don't load or load oddly, (out of order, no avatars, some missing) usually exiting and killing the app fixes it right away. Honestly, for a free app, I think it's pretty good, although on the whole I liked text+ better. BUT then they finally added the ability to send and receive pictures and that makes text+ 100% worth it to me! I've used text+ on an old gen 4 itouch, then on my iPad and also on a Samsung phone; I've always appreciated that it let me run it on more than one device and that they all sync, and sending or receiving messages on one device never messed with sending and receiving on a different one. I did have a little trouble when I still had text+ on my phone but had switched to next+ on my iPad with things not syncing right, but as soon as I updated on both devices it's worked fine again. So get this app! It works great for texting (I've never tried it for calls) and now you can send and receive pictures, which has always been my biggest complaint.
