This is an excellent App from BBMP (IT). It is very user friendly, has an automatic geo-tagging and a provision to add photo/ video. Bengalureans must install this App and make full use of it. This is the way forward for a futuristic SMART CITY. However, BBMP Grievance ID/ Complaint numbers are closed without attending by attaching wrong or blank image document by the BBMP staff. Therefore, this excellent App has become unpopular and is not serving the purpose it was designed for.
The app keeps asking for various permissions, and even after granting the permissions, the app closes saying it has a bug. I tried uninstalling and reinstallation, even then the app does not open.
