I initially gave this one star because none of the features worked. And then l figured outwhat the problem was. Cellular data for the app was turned off. (On lpad Air 4thgeneration.) But l didn't realize it until l uninstalled then reinstalled the app. lt was thenthat the app prompted me to connect to the internet, which l already was, but the appwasn't. The app should be configured to auto prompt the user to turn on cellular data ifit's turned off; otherwise, it appears as if the app's features don't work.

I was one of the beta testers, we had to use an email and password to be able to use itnow that is not a beta anymore l don't know why it keeps asking me to log in, l type thecorrect password and it doesn't work, there is no way to reset the password or contactthe developer to get assistance on this issue. This has really made me not to use the appbecause if l open it, it will keep asking me to log in even if the app is on the backgroundand not using it, that's sad, l paid for the premium version.

This USED to be one of my favorite Apps. The effects are more subtle, naturalistic anddetailed than other similar Apps. Recently, however, a newer version of the App does notseem to include any effects for my iPad Pro using version 14.4. ZERO. Tech support hasnot replied to any of my messages. l paid for a year subscription but sadly l have to figureout a way to cancel it as it's pretty much useless without the effects. PLOTOGRAPH has amuch more sophisticated stretch tool. Sad.
