I have Flexcil installed on my tab and on my phone for a while now. I really like the new update with the ui on phones, the buttons at the bottom makes so much more sense.
Amazing app. The app automatically extracts outlines from pdfs, which you can also customize yourself. Also, you can highlight with both a stylus and without. They also have a mac os app. I have 2 recommendations for improvement: 1. Bring the zoom box go4 handwriting 2. Allow us to keep the highlighter colors as they are for sepia mode.
