The app is super cute. I wanted a change with my hair and the ai images was veryhelpful. I'm not able to use it often in my real world and needed to cancel thesubscription. I was not able to do it on my own or remembered where I needed to go todo that. I reached out to them and they helped cancel it for me, with quick responses. Well, I was enjoying the app enough to pay the $45 for lifetime access. Not long after, Ibring it back up and, if I ever want to use the app again, I am required to relinquish all ofmy privacy. No choice. After I bought the thing. I don't care how negligible the newprivacy statement truly boils down to, or the justification for adding it, it's just the factthat I have no choice, if I want to take advantage of my money already spent, regardingmy privacy. That said, I'm not sure what a sensible solution would look like, since allpurchases go through Apple, making refunds apparently impossible.

I signed up for a 7 day trial and my experience during that time was lackluster, to say theleast. Once I realized that the experience wasn't what I expected (nor what theyadvertised), I went to cancel the subscription via my IPhone. The subscription wasn'tthere. Which is unusual within itself. Then I emailed them to cancel. No luck, theycharged my card again. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the secondcharge. Just don't sign up. That's all I have to say. It's also unusual that they have a 5star rating considering my personal experience. I also googled them via Google Al, andthere was a lot of negative feedback. Why are these guys still on the market?? BUYERSBEWARE!

48 Hours to Delete Data: Once face embeddings are extracted for face-swap processing, we remove your original photo from our cloud within 48 hours (plus a brief period for server operations).Face embeddings are no longer available for reuse after 48 hours and are completely erased from our database on the fourth day. If a user requests a face swap within 48 hours, we reuse the existing photo and embeddings. For requests made after 48 hours, the mobile app reloads the photo and reprocesses it.
