Always thought this was the best all-around editing app. If I was going to spend money on one it would have been this one but the AI capabilities are terrible. I try them out because they offer it free daily but then either they refuse to expand the picture or they expand it with some complete nonsense or there's a network error. Still the best all around editing app though. Screw AI, 3-26.. after seeing how frustrating other AI is I've come to appreciate what photo director was. allaround best.

I have been using this amazing editor for years. There are lots of high-tech features to edit photos in far more ways than your average photo editing app. It's easy to use for beginners and, as an artist, the tons of available features let me be very creative and exercise a high level of control over my images. You can pay for more features, but the app does not restrict your use if you decide not to. Minimal ads, very unobstrusive. This app is a must-have for everyone and I'm very impressed.

This has been my absolute favorite, #1 go to editing app for over like 5 years now or something like that. I absolutely love it. And I absolutely detest the idea of spending money on app subscriptions because hell, I paid $900 for my phone plus $8 a month on insurance, plus a. $110 phone bill plus the cost of any other phones on my plan so yeah I think we should at least get totally free, good quality apps, so I almost refuse to spend money on app subscriptions but this one is one of the few!

I am new to PhotoDirector. I needed a way to crop and make some simple edits to screen captured images as well as newly generated images that needed adjustment prior to posting and didn't want to wait to do in Photoshop on my home computer. So far so good. It does everything I need and I am pretty sure it will provide a lot of useful tools for me to explore. I learned about it from their video editing package PowerDirector. it rates very highly (phone/computer) and seems fairly simple to use.

How do I check my order history and the payment status?

You can check your order history and the payment status by following the steps:

Log in to CyberLink Member Zone.

Go to My Order page.

Choose the product type (All Products, Subscriptions, Lifetime Licenses), and you will see the purchase records and the payment status corresponding to your selection.

How do i get an invoice for my order?

The Invoice is available for download once the payment is complete. Typically, you can access the Invoice within 2 days of finalizing the order, but it may take up to 7 days in some cases.

Log in to CyberLink Member Zone.

Go to My Orders and find your purchase.

Click Actions and then Download Invoice to get the Invoice in the pdf format.

I can’t use my subscription when using PayPal to pay, what can I do?

After the purchase, your subscription will be associated with the CyberLink member account you logged into when processing the purchase. You can log in to that member account to view your subscription information and download the subscribed products.

How to activate or redeem your products purchased outside of CyberLink website (such as Amazon, Dell, Lenovo)?

Upon purchase from third party websites or channels, you will receive one product key per software license from the seller. You can use this product key with your CyberLink member account to redeem subscription products or a digital copy for perpetual products. 2. Go to Redeem and then enter your product key.
