User Reviews of Amazon India Shop, Pay, miniTV:

I like the app. I am a regular customer of Amazon, and I truly enjoy shopping here. However, one major issue I face is with deliveries - if I order 10 items, they are delivered in 10 separate shipments on different days. Each time, I need to be available to share the OTP, which is quite inconvenient. It would be very helpful if you could add an option for consolidated delivery , it's a good one Thank you.

I’ve been using Amazon for quite some time now and even ordered almost 30 items from them in one go for my room decor. The app is user-friendly, the product range is excellent, and delivery is usually on time. However, I was really sad to see how they responded to their regular customer and their issues—customer service is horrible. I've ordered everything from electronics to daily essentials, and while the quality has always been decent, the return and refund process made me feel otherwise.

Amazon has a wide range of products, various payment options, regular offers & promotions, great and prompt delivery of products with good packaging for the safety of the products. (So l never had to return any product) The website and app are easy to use. Customers have an option of giving a feedback (review) which helps other customers to choose wisely. Many other websites don't have that option. All in all a great experience. Whenever I need anything my first option is Amazon.

This app makes up most if not nearly all of my online shopping, why? You see, this app is fantastic, not only with the orders but the user interface, it cannot get better. I have had issues with some of my orders, I think I must not even say some, just 1-2 products out of 100s of which I've ordered. Whenever I Express concern the customer support team puts all thier effort to address it, same with the delivery team.
