Does what it says. I don't often write app reviews but this one had so many negative ones about the ads I felt I should combat that. Yes the ads are overboard but honestly I didn't really care, you just wait a few seconds and click off the ad. Which makes the app free, and the creators still get their bag. This app likes closer pics and you can get some more realistic looking line art type ones, or the more cartoony ones. Other apps usually just have cartoon ones.

Very cool, you can 3D animate your photos for free (with a little ToonArt watermark on the bottom) but it's super cool! Over 10 different styles...I personally like only the first 4 and the pop art ones but that's me. They look the best in my opinion, like as if Pixar animated me or a very good sketch artist drew me. I really enjoy this app. It's very good at making Pixar looking images of anyone, if that's what you're looking for look no further. :)

I'm rating the results of turning a photo into a cartoon. It's amazing. My problem with this app is figuring out the pro version's costs before clicking the purchase button. The free version's add-ons are horrible, making the app unusable. I just wish companies would be more upfront about the pro version's cost.
