Amazon Photos

Amazon Photos is a photo storage application designed by Amazon for Android. It allows users to store thousands of photos without worrying about phone storage space. Every photo saved is preserved at its original resolution, enhancing its original quality. Saved photos are automatically uploaded to cloud storage without manual intervention. The app also offers advanced search functionality; users can quickly find desired images by simply entering suggestions. Furthermore, the app supports simultaneous access from multiple devices and can be shared with friends and family.

Features

Unlimited Photo Storage

Premium members enjoy unlimited storage space to store all their personal photos. This means you can upload thousands of full-resolution photos without paying any additional monthly fees. This unique feature is undoubtedly a boon for mobile photography enthusiasts and busy families.

Meanwhile, regular non-member users still receive 5GB of free cloud storage upon registration. You can easily use this free space to securely back up your most important family files. In short, this app, with its highly flexible cloud storage solution, can meet the needs of all types of users.

Auto-Save Backup

You don't need to manually upload new photos to the cloud every day. The app offers an auto-save function that runs silently in the background of your phone. Therefore, almost every photo you take is backed up to a secure cloud server almost immediately.

Afterwards, you can safely delete local copies of these files from your device. This simple operation immediately frees up valuable local memory for installing new apps and performing system updates. As a result, your phone will run faster, and daily tasks can be completed more efficiently.

Smart AI Search and Organization

This app uses intelligent technology to identify specific content in your saved photo library. For example, simply enter the word "beach" to instantly view all your sunny vacation photos. This advanced search feature saves you a significant amount of time and effort from manually scrolling through photos every day.

Furthermore, the intelligent software automatically groups your photos into beautiful memory carousels. These carousels display events that occurred on the same day in previous years directly on your screen. Therefore, you can easily relive your favorite family vacations and past birthday celebrations.

Seamless Device Sync

The application never limits your backed-up media files to a single mobile device or phone. Instead, you can access your secure cloud media library from PCs and tablets. Similarly, you can play beautiful slideshows on compatible smart screens and TVs at home.

This multi-device compatibility ensures your family can enjoy precious memories together on the big screen. Simply log in to your personal account on any device to view your entire photo library. Therefore, no matter where you are, all your photos are always within reach.

User Reviews

This app is easy to use and has some modern features, such as a daily "Memories of the Day" and searching by year and location. I really like how it saves phone storage space. Another great advantage is that I can share photos or videos with people who don't have the app installed, and they can view them without having to download the app themselves!

Photos on my phone can be displayed on the TV screen even when the phone is in standby mode. Unlike photos deleted from the cloud when deleted from the phone, photos in the Photos app are not deleted. When photos from years ago appear on the TV screen, I check the shooting date displayed in the corner of the screen and then search for the photo by date in the app.

I absolutely love this app. I use it to store all my photos and memories. I wish they would add a "Securely delete photos on device" feature like Google Photos. This feature can delete all selected photos and remove them from your device, but it will keep a backup within the app. I really like this feature in Google Photos and hope this app will add it too.

Conclusion

Amazon Photos is a cloud storage tool that helps you securely save all your photos and videos directly from your Android device. If you are looking for a more reliable alternative to well-known services like Google Photos, this tool can easily achieve automatic backup of pictures and videos to meet all your needs. Even better, you can get a lot of free storage space simply by subscribing to Amazon Prime.
